I’m what you would call an eternal optimist who truly believes that every cloud has a silver lining – if you look long enough and hard enough. I’ve had my share of ups and downs, failures and near misses and in between the laughter (and the tears), I have discovered the power of story and how our telling, listening and curating connect us more powerfully, purposefully (and profitably) to the world around us and the people in it.
How we show up is the story we tell – it’s our personal brand song – and subsequently it is how we encourage people to sing and dance along. It determines how people see us and how we connect, engage, inspire and entertain.
And at the root of every story we tell are our thoughts about who we think we are. Those thoughts good, bad or ugly create the framework for how other people will think about and see us. Once we understand who we are (our brand), are comfortable with it and share it (our brand story) with the world we are then free to soar to new heights, reach bigger, bolder goals and develop more profitable relationships.
I am on a mission to support others as they unlock the value of their personal brands and connect more fully with who they are on the inside so that they shine more brightly on the outside.

More about me…
Carole Pyke, is The Personal Brand Storyteller at Words that Deliver. She sees personal branding differently. She sees it in terms of story and believes that the personal brand story begins the moment you show up – in person or online – and all before you utter a single word.
Known for her ability to identify the Unique Conversation Point (UCP) of a brandʼs story, she is an idea catalyst, marketing strategist, brand narrator and “Hugologist” (her own word!) all rolled into one. She has spent 20+ years in marketing and event management.
Described by her peers as creative, inspirational, insightful and fun her career has spanned the public, private and voluntary sectors managing major campaigns and creating inspiring events.
As a speaker, Carole touches, moves and inspires her audience with her brand of wit, wisdom and real life experiences.
Carole is an accomplished workshop facilitator having cut her teeth presenting marketing workshops for the Coaching Academy. As well as being an expert in marketing, Carole is also an inspirational speaker, certified laughter leader, author, speaker and presenter.
Her background in marketing, her passion for words and a belief that the glass is always half full combine to create a powerful toolkit for helping individuals/businesses stand out in the crowd and shine.
From Chronic to credible
Living with a chronic condition and the after effects of a stroke, which on a daily basis threaten to debilitate her, Carole has discovered that she is a “no limits” kind or girl who believes that challenges are simply stepping-stones to success.
Her approach is simple, straightforward and solution focused. Combining enthusiasm with creativity and intuition, she has the unique ability to put people at ease and to inspire and empower them to overcome their obstacles and challenges to achieve greater success.
One of her favourite quotes is “Life is too short so letʼs eat dessert first” and as a certified laughter leader, there is bound to be a bit of fun when she is around.
Famous for hugging Nelson Mandela, people who connect with her are inspired by her words and encouraged by her journey through life, empowered by her profound insight and cannot help being motivated to “raise their bar”, take control of their lives, and achieve new levels of performance and success.
The best way to get to know Carole is to talk to her. She is keen to get on a call with you to find out more about how awesome you are. Book a call with her now.
